The Donges Bay Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a collaborative group of individuals who are dedicated to enriching the academic experience of the students at Donges Bay Elementary. Through the volunteer efforts of our members, we are able to provide enrichment experiences and equipment to the classrooms, promote teacher and staff appreciation, and raise awareness for our school in the community.

- Raising funds to purchase technology, equipment, materials, and supplies not covered in the MTSD budget
- Encouraging students' self-confidence, school pride, and teamwork skills
- Providing parent/guardian educational opportunities
- Helping support Donges Bay by keeping it safe and running smoothly
- Teaching civic responsibility
- Showing appreciation to teachers and staff
